Women vs Fly In Fly Out
I have come across some interesting research by 3 members of the Norman Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering, University of British Columbia - Canada
They are assessing the opportunities and challenges for women in the fly in fly out landscape of modern mining times. Certainly very interesting topic and very actual.
Unfortunately their files are in pdf format and I don't know if there is a way of attaching them.
